Ian Speed, Cidery Operations and Packaging Manager

Operations and packaging manager, Ian Speed, was born in Wales and apprenticed as a millwright and machinist before moving to Canada in 1979. In 1992, Ian set his roots in Kelowna, where he has been working in the food industry ever since. There’s truly nothing this man can’t fix – around here we call him, “our machine whisperer”.
